How are goods delivered?
All orders are dispatched using Couriers Please or TNT Couriers and are delivered to the address submitted at the checkout page.
- Delivery to all Australian major cities is generally within 5 – 10 working days of dispatch.
- Delivery to other countries is currently unavailable.
If an item you have selected is unavailable you will be contacted within 2 business days and advised that there may be a delay. You may choose an alternative product, exchange or refund if the delay is unsuitable. No responsibility is taken by Outdoor Living for loss or damage once the package has been sent.
What are your delivery costs?
- Our delivery fee is a $19.95 flat rate to anywhere in Australia.
What is your refund policy?
Please choose carefully as Outdoor Living do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
You must notify Outdoor Living within 3 days of receiving your order of any items that appear faulty. You may choose between an exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don’t do what they are supposed to do. Exchange or credit amounts will apply only to the purchase price of the item you are returning, postage & handling costs will not be credited.

Yes. Outdoor Cushions Online is a subsiduary of Outdoor Living Jindalee Pty Ltd.

Will your cushions fade?
Our cushions are tested and evaluated by internationally recognized research and service centre, the Hohenstein Institute in Germany, Sunproof® fabric has obtained a UV standard 801 certificate, meaning it is capable of blocking more than 97% UV rays.
Why are our cushions so comfy?
Dacron “wrapped” foam has been used to give our cushions a perfect combination of support and cushioning. This dacron/foam/dacron filling is ideal both for providing that comfortable cushioned feel and for improving the way the cushion cover appears, giving a softer, more rounded and finished look. It also limits wear and stretching of the fabric.
